Reliance digital tv service, Set Top Box and Smartcard

Dear sir, my tv set has got burnt as a result i didn’t recharge my reliance digital tv connection.as per there rule they are suppose to give a notice for recharging after compeletion of 40 days. and if the customer donot recharge then they are suppose take action after completion of 60 days with prior notice.
But in my case Reliance digital tv representative came and collected the set top box and smartcard with giving false assurance of getting 80% cashback of the value of set top box.I am attaching here with details of communication made to Reliance digital tv.I am ready to recharge and use the connection so please get me back my set top box and smartcard.My contact no’s.02512693813, 9096898598,9022879068,07303480760..Regards k.s bandgar.. mY communication are as follows…..”. This is to inform you that, your representative came to my residence on 17/06/2012 and stolen my Smartcard and Set Top box with lying that we will get 80% cash returns.He gave me receipt no.6534.Please look into matter and return my set top box and smartcard as early as possible.Otherwise i will register a complaint against Reliance Digital TV in police station as well as consumer court.
