Reliance customer centre doesn’t help us…

Name of company/service: Relaince prepaid connection

I have a reliance prepaid connection, the service provider deduct my balance any time without my permission for any other services like cricket updates, miss call alerts. When I ask to costumer care then they tell me that this service has been activated by you not through us. and doesn’t give my balance back. Sometime when I recharge my account then service provider send a message of successfull recharge but there is no balance in my account if i discuss this problem with customer care then they tell me that there is no recharge information in our database and we have not sent any recharge successfull message on your number. Please take some strict action on reliance service.
