Name of company/service: Reliance
I have taken Reliance netconnect+ in the month of May for 3 months. At the end of 3 months I decided to not to use it anymore. I paid the amount in full for the 3 months at the beginning when I took the connection. Before the end of 3 months I called up the customer care and ask them to disconnect it and they said everything is done and I dont have to worry about it. Very recently I went to reliance communications and to utter dismay I found that it was put on some “safe custody mode “. I honestly dont know what that means.
WHen I call the customer care guys they say that they would look into it. After couple of days I get a bill for 600+ rupees.
When I call them back they say that I have to go to reliance web world. I am fed up with the customer care and how irresponsible they are. I hope this is a place where the problems can be solved.
RELIANCE NET CONNECT+ NUMBER IS-9393855451. I probably took it in the months of end of April to end of July.
