Name of company/service: Reliance Communication Limited/Post Paid GSM
Reliance Communication Limited has been charging all CUG numbers in my monthly bill. This happened during October 2011 and when I requested them to correct the bill, they asked me to pay and promised to adjust the same in November 2011 billing. As it was the first time, I paid the amount. But, same incorrect billing happened in Nov 2011 bill. In spite of repetitive alerts, this has happened for the second time and they are forcing me to pay the amount.
After November 2011, I have stopped using the mobile number. I reported this issue many time to all the below mentioned contact points, but all in vain.

No one is ready to provide me a corrected bill and help me out and it’s unfair to make me pay for which I need not. Till date one of their representative is following me to pay the bill. Its a big mental torture and harassment.
I am ready to pay the outstanding, provided I am issued with the corrected bill statement for the month of November 2011.
