I got a sms by company. Then i call 198(Customer Care)on 21/06/2012 at 09:16:30, i asked my offer is valid he said yes. But when recharge i saw my balance credited with Rs.0.01. Then i call again on 22/06/2012 at 12:05:23 But Customer Care Representative Told me it’s invalid.She didn’t my answer.My recharge amount is Rs.26.00 and balance Credited is Rs.0.01.Whats the deductions?
