reliance broadband falsh billing

Name of company/service: reliance broadband

Dear sir,
i take the broadband connection from RELINCE Broadband given the initial payment as Rs 600/-,
I use the connection for 1 month,
In 28th of June – 2012 I got call from Delhi, the told me, we r going to file a legal notice on u because of your not make the payment like that they told me,
If u pay the bill RS 4000/- to the nearest reliance world in 15 mints time, I gone to reliance world and I pay RS 4000/- ,the told me your connection is canceled .
But today I got call from RELINCE BROADBAND call center they told me like your bill due is pending,
Whereas I am low salaried person, please go through the issue and needful to me,

    A similar incident happened to me in Gwalior around 2 years back. This time it was Reliance data card. due to its slow speed, I gave an application to discontinue the services. The very next day I was handed a bill of Rs 1900 saying I had overexceeded my permitted downloading capacity. Whereas my monthly bill never reaches more than 500. When I refused to pay the bill, they began to harass me by sending people for money recovery to my office and ultimately sent me a legal notice. And surprisingly this time they agreed to waiver the amount to 1100.

    Repetition of such incidents is clearly showing that ‘reliance’ can not be ‘relied’ upon at all!!!
