I booked a new connection online for Reliance BIG TV 2 months ago. Booking ID is 14550181. Till now there has been no response whatsoever. I need my money back. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK. DON’T LOOT THE CUSTOMERS.
Even my friend paid for a new connection online and it’s the same for him. Nobody called him till date.
I contacted Reliance BIG TV customer care several times and these people will just say that “you will get the connection in next one week” every time we call them it’s the same script we get to hear.
Anil Ambani is looting people money. DON’T BUY RELIANCE BIG SCAM TV.
