rejection to por t ing the existing uninor service

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am using UNINOR sim , because of bad conjunction i want to change my service provider since may 8 , 2012. I want to port my uninor no (9890900159) in to TATA INDICOM . But every time Uninor reject me for change the service provider , its against the rule. After 8May 2012 , every 15 day i am generating new UPC code and give it to TATA INDICOM showroom. and uninor reject the request .Even though they reject my request 5 times , yesterday once again i generate my UPC code. I ragister my complaint in uninor on 198 but not given any reply , my complaint no( 31862710669) and executive Minal was attend my call.
So I kindly request you as per your act please refer my complaint no and do the needful action on UNINOR Service provider . Cause of this harassment I compiling.
