Rejection of Porting from Vodafone to other

I Ram J. Gupta, I have request to port out from Vodafone to airtel but you guys are rejected my request twice. tell me the reason for the rejection first time you rejected this and mentioned due to contractual obligation but i have not signed any such type of agreement and second was rejected due to doner name not matched, I just want to port and don’t do this type of things with your customers. my porting no. is 9958393298 i have also paid the advanced payment for this.
