Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have complain against Vodafone to whom I had requested for Port out for which I have submitted Application to Tatadocomo.
In this matter I like to state that VOdafone on the day of expiry of my UPC code rejected my request stating some contractual obligation was pending. But when I tried to call there customer care executive they were not ready to answer what was the contractual obligation pending. I had even made a prepaymetn of my bill which showed a credit of Rs 61/-.
I would like to know from vodafone is this is way to twist govt. order on MNP & harras their customer
