I have bought a red fiat linea from kulathungal motors in 2009 and i had paid extra money for the extended warranty.and my car got engine problem (high oil consumption in every 1500 KM)i had reported at mohandas motors service center they told this car is under extended warranty they will contact extended warranty team and my car is liying in mohandas motors service center for two months now the service center saying the extended warranty team rejected two times due to the dust entry in the engine they told me i have to pay 80,000 rupees for the repair sir i am help less.i didn’t do any thing for the dust entry into the engine the full service of the car is done by mohandas motors tata fiat service station. i don’t know what to do? there is no strong reason for rejecting the extended warranty.sir I want to repair my car under warranty.
