Reimburshment

I was admitted at the Mission Hospital,Durgapur for Angiography from
11.6.10.To 12.6.10.Subsequently I submitted all the relevent documents to
thrir representative Mr Tekriwal on
15.6.10.for lodging the claim of R/s 12000.00.There after when ever I contacted Mr Tekriwal,I received their assurance.But still as on today my claim has not been setteled.Then I met Mr Atunu Banerjee of M/s Reliance at Kolkata Branch and I submitted all xerox copy of documents but he was asking of original copy,which I have all ready submitted to Mr Tekriwal and the same are lying with them.
I shall now request you to kindly look into the matter and take an immidiate action to settel my claim and in future
no body will face this type of problem.
