Reimburshment

I was admitted at the Mission Hospital, Durgapur from 11.06.12 to 12.06.12.Subsequently I submitted all relevent documents to Mr Tekriwal,Agent of M/s Reliance General Insurance company ltd for lodging my claim of R/s 12000/.Thereafter whenever I contacted Mr Tekriwal,I recived their assurance.But as on today my claim has not been setteled.
