I was admitted at Mission Hospital,Durgapur for Angiography from 11.06.12 to 12.06.12.Subsequently I submitted all the relevent documents to Mr Tekriwal,Agent of M/s Reliance General Insurance company ltd.for lodging my claim of R/s 12000/.Therefore whenever I have contacted Mr Tekriwal,I received their assurance,but still as on today my claim has not been setteled.
