Regrading genral store gurentee of product

Hello Sir

We have purchase washing machine stand from kamal still store.Tin no is:24072903036

It is break in within 1 week and now when we go for change it they say we don’t give product back or money.

Also not behave nicely with my wife.

I have just one request take action and said that how to behave with customer and ladies.
