Reg:Excess bill

Location/place: chennai

Name of company/service: vodafone

I have taken corporate connection from an agent of vodafone and in first moth itself I got excess bill.though bill amount not much but I am am 100 percent sure that we are paying more amount.
this is not accepatable at I want to know that what can I do to avoid this excess amount.
