i would like to inform that i was submitted a customer enrollment form No-3079168 for airtel broadband connection on 26th May 2012. They were asking for 3-4 days to installed the connection. But after received the amount of Rs. 250/- as security money paid in cash by me . their was not any response received on 07/06/2012 for the connection.After that i was call to Mr. Sudhir (Airtel executive) who collect the document & cash for complain against the deley. Then he give me the Airtel Toll Free No-1800 103 0121 and suggest me that registered the complain their. they will resolve the problems.
After that i was call in customer care & registered the complain no-16841864 Dt. 07/06/2012. Executive said that the complain resolve with in 05:27 Pm dt. 07/06/2012 in evening. when the response was not received again & they never told me to return the amount.After i followed many time for the quarries but they were not responded well.
And now as on 19/06/2012 they are accepted that there is a long distance in area zone from airtel line. So, they are not available to give me the connection meanwhile the line is not too fare from my address (it’s about 5 to 10 meter only)
They are going to pay the security amount of Rs-250/- with in next 25 to 30 days.
And i want the compensation amount.
So, i request you to please take the immediate step against the delay, losses of money & time. Because i have earn on daily basis part time r/o Rs.100/- from last internet connection(which is shared with 3 person and i want a seprate connection).
Please do the neadful as soon as possible.
