Regarding transfer of Gas Connection

Name of company/service: Amar seema praheri Sushil Indane Gas (Saurikh,Kannuj,U.P)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing a mail we half of my father , we have the Bharat Gas ( con. No. 16747,Harinam Singh,Tirva Rd, Saurikh Kannuj, UP.)
I have take transfer that connection from Chhibramau to saurikh due to my home is very near to this gas agency .
i have filled all the formalities but (Amar seema praheri Sushil Indane Gas, Saurikh,Kannuj,U.P) this people demanded us 3000 Rs for transfer connection from Bharat to Indane we asked them what charges you are demanded us even they are not agree to give any bill or other things, sir my financial condition is not like that i can pay this much amount my father is a farmer.
