Hi,
I Have booked the ticket from Parner to Mumbai at MSRTC(Ticket No. 9654974). from Parner(Taluka Place), there are only limited no of buses are there. Departure time from Starting Place is 12.00pm. But the bus started from started at 4.25 pm. means nearly 4 hrs of dalayed is there. I called the concern person but they are giving some nonsense answers. If bus starts at 4.00, it will reach to mumbai in midnight. So it will be very bad service beacuse of this my mom and Sisters are suffered. Please take a necessary action.
