Hello,
I am Residing at Madhuban society Situated at vishrantwadi Near R&DE colony.
I am living in block number E-2 Flat number 603.
Currently the mainetneace facility provided is very poor.
We are paying Rs 1000/- Per month as the society maintenance charges.
Whenevr we fail to pay it by single day we get threats from society office regarding terminating our basic requirements like water and electricity.
But After paying this money also there is no security provided in the parking.
Stealing petrol from the bikes is very common incident.
And now above all this one of my friends bike was stolen from the parking area on 23-02-2010.
And 2 bikes were found in more or less damaged conditions.
No one from the security is aware of the incident and they fail to take the responsibility for the incident.
Security structure provided is very poor and prone to break.
Such irresponsible behaviour may result in something bigger tomorrow may cost the life of people living in the society.
