sir,
i am a customer of MTNL since many year and my mobile no. is 9968981687.from last 4 month there is some problem in sending messages.during this period i have taken one 30 rupees sms pack which also could not work and it lapse.
regarding these unfunctionality i complained several time to customer care but there have been not any proper action taken by the service provider till date.so kindly take this issue seriously and help me to short out this problem.i will be highly oblige for this.
