Respected Sir/Madam,
I owned a Hyundai i20 asta model in May 2011 and after first servicing I am a noise on steering column and till date I have visited so many times to the service centre for rectifying the problem but I didn’t get any kind of satisfaction from their end. Even I have sent registered letter to all the high offices including their Reg. office but in return I didn’t get any reply from them. now my car condition is like it’s a 7, 8 year old model and the whole body makes noises and after repeated complain as well as visit to the service centre I am still suffering.
Sir/Madam, I need your kind help regarding the above situation. and please suggest me how I should go further.
