Regarding service of Kent RO

Location/place: New Delhi/Vikas puri

Name of company/service: Shiv Shakti Enterprises

Hi,
This is to inform you that i have called Shiv Shakti Enterprise ( F-246 , Vikas Puri , New Delhi 18 ) for repair of Kent RO.
Their service persons came and repair our kent RO by saying that some wire was loose.
After an hour , same problem recurr again.
We again called vendor to send their service person , they were not interested to send anybody by saying that our service person is saying that some part needs to change which they have not shared with us in their previous visit.
Today our service person is on leave and they will only come tommorow .
After sharing our problem with vendor , they were not listening and not bothered about our problem.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
