i purchased one LaserJet printer M1136 on 7/10/2011. but your persens from whom i have pruchased this very printer they failed to slove my scanning problem. thereafter i linked with cannon person who knows me very well, he solved my problem. thus if your dealing is such kind then i am a teacher and in future, i couldnot purchas any producted of hp and same will also recomended to other persons and my students also.
IInd things is i also enquired that how i extended my warranty upto 3 years they handover me customercare number which was not helpful for me. because customer care handover me two numbers i.e. 0172-4691000 and 01141306700 but this numbers is not in functioning.
Kindly tell me how i extended my warranty period.
