Name of company/service: tatadocomo

Sir,
i m a tatadocomo subscriber, my number is 8276842976, that i want 2 cmplain that my balance is deducting at regular interval.. I cmplain that customer care but they are nt responding ? They direct refuse to refund my balance.
So, kindly take d nesecessary step. So that i can get my amount back..
