Regarding Provident Fund Process

Name of company/service: Kotak Securities

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Rudra Srivastava, resident of Delhi. I have a complaint against Kotak Direct sub channel of Kotak Securities. In 2007, I am associated with the same co. as Assistant Manager(Relationship Manager) and left the co. in 2008. And in 2011, I have submitted my PF withdrawal form to the HR Dept. at Kotak life Insurance Barakhambha Road Branch, and they said within 45-60days I get my PF Funds. But till date I haven’t received any fund and when I asked for the same, they only replied once or two. Either I continuously mailing them but now they hardly bother to reply me once. Even I wrote them twice in my last two mails that I am going to compliant against them in consumer cell but they didn’t reply.

Sir kindly look into the matter and settle my funds as I required it ASAP because I am suffering for financial problems.
