I am Narendra Bhandari S/o Shri J.S. Bhandari apply a home loan ( purchase of land construction) in D.H.F.L office jointly with my wife Name Mrs Yashoda Bhandari in the month of Feb 2010. D.H.F.L have demand me some document like salary certificate , appointment letter current employer and past , bank statement ,salary slip, income tax return for two year sale deed rent deed , investment detail and land use ,I have provide every document to them which was demand from their side , after seeing the all document D.H.F.L sale executive say me after checking all paper work we will call you. After one week D.H.F.L executive call me that you have to pay processing fee Rs 5618.00( Rs Five thousand six hundred eighteen only) regarding home loan. I have paid a cheque no.571804 of Punjab national Bank dated 08/03/2010 Rs 5618.00.When I was paid this cheque, D.H.F.L executive say me that if this cheque is dishonors your home loan automatically rejected. My cheque no. 571804 of Rs 5618.00 was clear dated 10/03/2010.
After three or four day of clearing the the cheque I had call in D.H.F.L office asking my home loan status D.H.F.L executive gave answer that your file is under processing. Many time I have call and than after one week I had received answer that your home loan was rejected.
After rejected home loan I call my file back ,D.H.F.L executive gave me file but he did not gave me a receipt of Rs 5618.00 and home loan form which was filled by me.
After one year of that incident my employer say me do paper work of his home loan in vasant vihar I had do so and Punjab National Bank passed a home Rs 27Lac he did not take any processing fee before paper work checking however he took processing fee in the time of releasing first installment. During the year I had do paper work two more loan ,one was car and other is ODIP but PNB did not took any processing fee before passed the loan than why D.H.F.L ?
Seeing this example I have gave the application in D.H.F.L office dated 24 June-2012 ,also in this time D.H.F.L not gave me any receipt of this latter and say first I will check record and data than I will call you. Than I call D.H.F.L after three day and their accountant say me that you call 04 or 05 of July 2012 you’re application is under processing . I call again 6 of July 2012 and D.H.F.L accountant say me your application is rejected because you file application after one year later.
