I have been using this number from past 3 years.Now I wanted to port from BSNL network to IDEA network.I have completed all the procedures of MNP,but still I am unable to switch over to IDEA network.As our previous company (i.e,BSNL) is not allowing us to switch over.I called to the customer care to seek information regarding the same but they say its not their fault and they are not even ready to give us the proper information.So I kindly request you to do the needful.
