Regarding Poor Service & Non solving the problem complained

Location/place: R-176B, IIND FLOOR, GALI NO. 9 RAMESH PARK LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI 110092

Name of company/service: WHIRLPOOL AUTHORISE SERVICE CENTRE

I would like to invite your kind attention towards the complaint made on 15.05.2012 regarding LOW COOLING in our fridge vide no. DL 0512017392 and paid Rs. 3750/- dt. 15.05.2012 vide receipt no. 5945 to visiting engineer, Mr. Daman Preet Singh as per their advise.

On next day dt 16.06.2012 two mechanics, Mr. Ram Kumar & Bharat Kumar, visited and do the work and without my satisfaction & sign close the complaint on 18.05.2012 as per sms received from your company.

Again re-complaint made on 21.05.2012 vide no. DL 0512025149. Same person, Mr. Ram Kumar & Bharat Kumar, visited do some work again and close the complaint dt. 24.05.2012 without solving the LOW COOLING problem as per sms received from your company.

Again re-complaint made on 25.05.2012 vide no. DL 0512029769. Same person, Mr. Ram Kumar & Bharat Kumar, visited do some work again and instruct me to inform after 02 hours about cooloing. As per instruction I have informed but no further action taken to solve the LOW COOLING problem so far.

Also the stabliser for the refrigerator supplied from your Company is not working properly.

Again re-complaint on 28.05.2012 vide No. DL 0512035158 for LOW COOLING problem in our fridge. Mr. Amit Pandey visited and report for to take away the fridge for workshop for rectifying the problem.
Company lifted the fridge dated 02.06.2012 and redelivered at my home on 04.06.2012 with out rectifying the problems. Since then no body visited from the Company to rectify the problem and close the case on 11.06.2012 by sending a SMS

Again re-complaint on 12.06.2012 vide No. DL 0612015502 but nobody visted till date 14.06.2012
