My name is Manish Gandhi, I am representing Tekege Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Last year 23rd July, 2011 we bought 4 Panasonic Batteries from “Active Power Solutions” with 2 years warranty after telephonic conversation and written documents. Now from last one month we are having backup issue with our APC UPS. I have talked with Mr. Balasundaram, honor of Active Power Solutions but he is not responding well. After one month his engineer came and given me “Service Report” after checking all the batteries are faulty. He committed me to replace the all 4 batteries by the next day but after 3rd July, 2012 (last service day) he is not picking up the call.
I have talked with Panasonic they are saying that they did not give these batteries to Mr. Balasundaram. This person is behaving like a fraud. Please help me.
