I made an online order in indiatimes shopping of iBall Headsets i342MV – Headset with MIC – New (1) of rs 149 on 24th april 2012 and my order number as provided was 3001092373.In the order status it was confirmed that product will be delivered maximum by 4th may 2012,and was also confirmed by the customer care service during the telephonic call,Instead of the product being delivered by 4th may again a fresh order was generated automatically 3001107099 of dated 4th may 2012 and I got a number of calls from customer care that the product will reach to you in 3 to 4 days but no product was delivered to me so i deceided to cancel my order and i requested to customer care to cancel my order and refund my money back,a complain number was given 224234 to me and was told to me that matter will be solved till at most 10 days.The problem was no solved till that and i have to make a number of phone calls to customer care service and number of mails to them and during each of the mail and calls i was confirmed that the matter will be solved in 3 to 4 days but teh refund has not been provided till date 19.06.2012.I made the email correspondence till now to [email protected] and [email protected] and made call to cutomer care whose number is 09876848888.Kindly solve this problem.
