I am to inform you that I was purchased Videocon LCD from NEXT Retail Shop situated at Alambagh, Lucknow on dated:25.10.2010 in which the videocon d2h is free with the set but it was not handedover to me and it was sold to some other customer. In this regard the message was received by me on my mobile no. 9696497187 through the d2h customer ID No.56409402 in which it was intimated time to time that my d2h validity was expired. The fact was that the d2h set was not handover by the concern shop. You are requested to look into the matter and do the neeful so that the d2h set may be given by the company concern.
