i brought a laptop from dell 3 months ago with a warranty period of one month. First week after purchasing, it works properly but after that it starts freezing. After some time, it got damage and dell servicemen replace the damaged part. After that it starts freezing continuously daily. I complaint regarding the same in del customer care but they didn’t solve the matter and keep giving excuses. Sometimes they said its the problem with OS. And after when i changed and reinstall the OS problem remain same. After they said that problem might be due to hard disk so they replace that. Then after even problem continues then they ask me to debug. But even after that no results found nd am still suffering. I myself am a student so dont have much time for complainting again and again regarding the product. So i ask them either give me assurity that the problem end now or replace my laptop. But they refuse for both so am here for justice. Kindly ask them to replace so that my sufferings end .
