Regarding NCB Claim

Location/place: Kanhan

Name of company/service: National Insurance Company

I hereby wants to register a complaint against National Insurace Company Ltd.,against my policy No.281302/31/11/6100000832.Against above mentioned Policy No.,I have insured my Vechicle Scorpio-STD-CRDE-9SIR from National Insurance Co..Company assured me to give NCB discount of 25%,after confirmation from the previous company from which the vechicle was insured (which was ICICI Lombard). Sir I want to bring to your kind notice that this policy was made on 3/5/2011,but still now I did not get my NCB amount as assured.I went to the National Insurance office situated in Kamptee and met the Branch Manager Mr.Nagesh Burbure (cell.No:-9422106456).I told him the details but he treated me very badly and told me that it is not our duty to bring NCB letter from the previous company from which my vechicle was insured.
Till date I have not received my NCB.Sir please tell me why should I suffer because of negligence of the company.

    Dear Sir,
    Till date we have not received the NCB amount,We have also lodge this complaint in IRDA ([email protected])on 27/4/12 & our complaint Token.No:- 04-12-026811.Irda have assured us to resolve this case in next 15 days,but still no action is taken.
    Sir pl. do the needful to solve this matter.

    National Insurance is damn bad & fake Insurance Company….Their Agents are jerks and doesnt have any write knowledge for customers…Just to get commissions Agents making false promises…. I bear a loss of Rs 32000 jus coz’ of National Insurance …. They are just attracting the customers by giving some discount by misleading customers….
    This is really bad Experience with National Insurance……

    Dear Sir,

    I taken Policy for my Private Car from MAGMA HDI General Insurance Company Limited on October, 2013 Of my Private Car. Before that From 2012-2013 the policy was under Tata Aig.
    As it was the 1st insurance of my Vehicle so i have changed the insurance company.
    As the new insurance company has issued the Policy on October, 2013. But on Feb, 2014 my car met with an accident. And i have done all the formalities of claim producer with Magma Company. But at the time of Settling the Claim, they told me – that have cross verified the claim status of last year with the previous company.
    In that they came to know, that i have taken a Claim from TATA AIG. So, if you have taken the CLAIM then how come i get NCB when Magma Renewed the Policy.
    So, on that basis your claim will not settle. So, told them Whatever documents you have ask me at the time of Renew the Policy. That all i have provided to you. So as per your Quotation i have given you the Cheque & you have issued the Policy.

    As per my knowledge, I told them when ever any person change the Insurance Company at the time of Renewal. The New Company each & every time, cross check with the previous Insurance company & then only the new insurance company issue the Policy.

    But with this my Statement, the Magma Insurance Company is not replying me.

    So, requesting you to please look up this matter. And help me out from where can i get full details of it. so i can get my claim from the Magma Company.
