Dear Madam/Sir,
This is Krishna Kumar Chaturvedi, I had worked in technobliss from February 2011 to 17 May 2012 as software developer with salary 6000/PM. I have informed my senior Mr. Akhilesh Pandey before 4 days leaving technobliss. My Notice Period is 7 days only according to the joining letter. Company could not fallow their rule like- Promotion with in 3-month, salary growth and company increase my salary only 3000/ (In April-2012) whenever it shift from Noida sector-2 to Gurgaon.
When we resigned technobliss Mr.Akhilesh Pandey say to me your reminder salary will be provide by the company in next month.
Now Mr. Akhilesh Pandey does not received my phone and when he received at 20/6/2012 in night 9:00 PM, he says that company does not paid any salary to you because you does not completed your notice period.
Please suggest me ! What’s can I do for my salary.Please help me !
