regarding misuse offb page

Name of company/service: ALLAHBAKASHORGANIZATION

We are an ngo organization we use tatadocomo sim and internet we use fb and we have 3 pages and we were recently insulted by a post which is removed now due to which we lost 50000 rs and reputation respect. We reported no response. We have decided to mönitor but the page dont load we were using and are using them both on mobile and computer. If reported fb dont respond and tatadocomo answered rashly. Pl help us to improve this is the last and final belief we have. For god sake help our fax no is0867763151
