i have to say that am using idea prepaid.i called many times to customer care for my queries they did not take appropriate action and misbehave me when i told them that am going to complain consumer forum.there answer are “you may do anything” . i am continuously called him but they told me call on this number and when i called they told me to call on customer care at last am totally harassed by their services.i am working with reputed company due to their services i have to face lots of problem.so,as far as possible take suitable action for this am greatful to you.my mobile number is 8512009536.
