I am one old customer of AIRCEL having Mobile number 09853441585.The was an illegal activation of one Dialer tune service from AIRCEL on dt 2.7.2012 in my number.Because I have already activated DND service from very beginning , so there is no possibility of service activation from my fault or from my side knowingly or unknowingly. So i have given one complain to one of the customer care personnel and he suggested me to wait for next 72 to 80 hrs for the resolving of the complain and during that time i should not deactivate that service. so i obliged that. But unfortunately after 5 days that service was renewed and once again i have charged Rs.15/-for that unwanted service.Again i have given another complain regarding this matter to the customer care service personnel and i wish to talk to any of the senior personnel of customer care but i have always being unsupported by the customer care members by the suggestion as “plz wait for 2hrs, 3hrs, your complain was incomplete, our system is upgrading plz call us later and many more words”. So plz help me regarding this matter.
