Regarding Complete ignorance over providing customer service to a product under warrenty.

Name of company/service: Khaitan

I purchased a Khaitan cooler fan 10 months back which has now broken down. It has a warranty of 1 year which expires in July. I registered a complain by calling to their Toll free customer care number. I was promised that I shall receive a visit from their technician in a span of 2-3 days. I waited for over 5 days and received no response. So i called the customer care again to know the status of my complain. They directed me to their local service center handle named “Rama Electronics” which was a pathetic ill-mannered man and he refused to provide service to me on the pretext that I should contact the person who sold me the fan. I forwarded his complain to the regional technical head of Khaitan who assured me that I would receive response very soon. Its been around 10 days now with no response. Khaitan has completely proven to be an irresponsible company. I hear by demand replacement of my cooler fan or complete return of my money.
