kindly inform you that I had booked a ticket to Hyderabad from Kolkata through Air India for 21st July 2012. I was supposed to fly at 14:05 hrs, but due to wrong information passed by Air India customer care no. (+911244993700) on 20th July 2012 at 18:13 hrs on my mobile number 9890896610 that your flight has been delayed by 40 minutes and it has been rescheduled. Accordingly I had scheduled my time table but when I reached the counter one hour before, prior to the rescheduled departure time i.e. 14:45 hrs, they told me that your flight was on right time and therefore the boarding got closed. So you are a non show passenger. Due to their mistake I missed my flight and then I was forced to take Indigo flight for the fulfillment of my necessary and urgent work at Hyderabad. So I lost my mental peace, time and money, hence it is the duty of Air India to provide me compensation for my losses. Details of the tickets are as follow;
