Regarding Closing of Reliance Netconnect (Reliance Communication)
Dear Sir,
This mail is regarding my reliance gsm number- 9891938141 for the closing of internet since last 2months. Personally I asked the customer care to close my net connect and not to renew further but this night also after 12midnight Rs. 51/- has been deducted from my main account. And big thing is that just before 1hour also I had a word with person sitting in customer care to stop my net activation plan as I don’t want continue further but all people are useless as their commitment.
This is clear case of undue harassment of Indian citizen, nuisance and total negligence from Reliance Communications.
