Regarding claim of stolen bike

Location/place: Hathras (Uttar Pradesh)

Name of company/service: IFFCO-TOKIO general insurance co.ltd.

Bike- UP 86 F 3360, Pulsar
Bike owner- Santosh Kumar S/o Shri Bhoori Singh, R/O- Naglagarhu, Sasni, Hathras

The above bike was stolen from hathras on 27/05/2011,

All the documents required by the company (Nehru place branch) have been submitted including the court accepted FR.

Now company is offering only 80% of the cover amount and they are denying any written intimation to Santosh Kumar regarding this 20% deduction. On the other hand they want the acceptance letter for 80% from him.

We seek kind help in this regard from consumer forum.
