Regarding changing Network to my number

Name of company/service: TATA DOCMO

Hi,
I am Bhargavi,using Tata docomo service sim.Due to some network problem i want to change my network to Airtel.Two months back I applied for portability from tata docomo to airtel.Till now no updates are there.So please help me out in this as soon as possible.I have some important issues have to be done through this number.No. is 9036466596.
