Regarding cancellation of Tata Photon NUmber

Name of company/service: Tata Photon Plus

I had purchased a Tata photon number one year back, on 26th of june i send a request to them to cancel my number. They said that they have logged my request and it will be deactivated in 6 days. but today on 12th of july i again called them, they said the number is still working and you have to pay the rental of this month also. This is not my mistake that they have not deactivated my number. but they are still asking me to pay this month rental. please help me with the same.

    dear management of tata photon,

    i got a new tata photon connection in the month of jan 2012 & my tata photon no. is 9246209748.Merely in the month of march, i lost my data card .even tough i have taken this issue to you (customer care), you haven’t responded to it(now, when i am asking about that they are saying that my complaint has not registred).later in month end i got a itemized bill of 999.so again i have complained that issue 2-3 times, but i got informed that it is already disconnected need not to worry & also that they will take the issue to the higher authorities. again no one contacted me again after 20-30days i got call regarding bill payment .Then again after making several complaints i got dis hold of the connection but i am still getting calls to the bill.really these people of your people are making a lot of problem to me on to pay the bill like a mentally disturbing.i am getting that at least i need to pay certain piece of amount.
