with due respect i beg to state that i am a small part of the bsnl family with mobile number-9472783900..In this number yesterday i recharged with sms pack of rupees 20 but i have been charged with high rates instead of the sms pack..i also talked with the customer care executives but they didn’t help me at all..with a last hope i came to you..so,kindly do the needful as soon as possible …i shall always oblige you for this..
