Regarding billing of month Nov 2012

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Postpaid Docomo service

I want to convey you information that

I never used internet from Docomo then still they have given wrong estimation including internet bill (i.e for using 89978 kb) almost 1300 /- RS.
How can i solve my problem please give me suggesion

    I have contacted two to three times, when i got a call from your executive he does not agree with me. As I haven’t used any internet facility then how can i pay for that?? it is more inconvenience to me . if I get correct bill (i.e. removing internet charges & its service tax) then & then only I am going to pay.

  4. Same here though I had requested for the closure of services they said that they have not received any mail from me and keep calling for the bill payment . how can pay for month of February , on request also they not discontinuing the services
