There was an deduction of rs. 196 that has been made from my account for activation of certain Top Up, which isnt actually required/desired by me at all. I want my balance back ASAP. I have registered my complaint into idea cellular at 11:00 PM, 14-04-12 (SR no. 1-23501600888)as well but they are saying that it will take almost 2 days.
I have some urgent calls to make for which i actually recharged my mobile, but now i am unable to do so as very little balance remained in my account.
Please take action and help me out.
