today i have experienced problem on my mobile 9975851122. today serially I got four sms for thanking me for activating TV programme, general news service, beauty news services, missed call alert, can anybody help me. Just before these sms I talked to customercare executive and inform them about automatic activation of commedy junction service and deduction of rs.30 for that service. what should I do in such situation . shall i go to other service providers like tata’s docomo or vodaphone for good sevice. I am going to complain to consumer forum if my money is not refunded which they have deducted illegally from my balance. Now i will not recharge till they refund my money and deactivate all unwarreanted services. I gave 7 days notice to airtel to resolve my complaint else I will see them before consumer forum. I am also going to file complaint to TRAI.They are misappropriting my balance and doing unfair trade practice.
