regarding after sales service

Dear Sir/mam
I purchased a symphony air cooler on 8may2012 from taneja electronics uttam nagar. my bill no is 14652. conpany providing one year warranty. my cooler was not working since 3july2012, i log a service request on 3rd july my service request no.is PDA-3G12022. After that i got sms on 5th july that your service request has been resolved successfully. i again log a service request on 5th july ( no.is PDA-5G12045). ON 7TH july i got same sms again. till date nobody visited at my address. Me and my family suffering from lat 15days, please take some steps against him and do the needfull.
