I regret choosing whirlpool washing machine in Nov.2010, since when I have been facing recurrent complaints with required repairs in the machine along with the hassels and repeated payments for defected parts thereof. I had requested them to label the piece as defected and replace it as it is still in the warrantee period, but nobody is there to listen. What to do ???
